The part that isn’t a document.
Everything else we make is material, and material has a ceiling. At some point the useful thing is a person who has already hit the problem you’re stuck on, sitting with you while you work through it.
We’re opening this to a small number of people first. Join the waitlist and we’ll come back to you with dates — and if it turns out nobody wants this, we’ll tell you that instead of quietly leaving the page up.
No payment now. We'll write to you with dates and you can decide then.
Not a lecture. A working session.
Split across sessions rather than one long block, because nobody learns anything useful in hour six of a marathon.
On your code, not a syllabus
We work through what you're actually building and where it breaks down. If you don't have a project, we'll start one — but the point is that it's yours.
Questions you can't google
The judgement calls: where control flow belongs, when an agent is the wrong shape, why a tool loop is misbehaving. The things documentation can't answer because they depend on your situation.
Small numbers, deliberately
This doesn't scale and we're not going to pretend it does. A handful of people at a time, scheduled properly, with real preparation before each one.
